  • 2005.09.08   INFLATION RATE OF 0.2 PERCENT IN AUGUST IN MOLDOVA
    The rate of inflation in August was of 0.2 percent, according to the National Statistics Bureau (BNS). The cumulative inflation rate in eight months of this year made up 3.7 percent.

    Consumer price index for food products reduced in August by 0.6 percent, while for non-food products it rose by 1.3 percent. Tariffs for the services provided for the population increased by 0. 3 percent.
